Razza is a Senior Solicitor with over 20 years' experience in property law, having qualified in 2003 and previously worked as a Partner at a London law firm. He has extensive experience across both residential and commercial property, including sales, purchases, remortgages, shared ownership, lease extensions, commercial transactions and leases.

His wider experience also includes landlord and tenant matters involving both residential and commercial property, giving him a broad understanding of the legal issues that can arise throughout property ownership.
