Imran is a Director of MA Lawyers, Licensed Conveyancer and Commercial Property Lawyer, and heads the firm’s Commercial Property Department.

With extensive experience in property law, Imran advises businesses, investors and property owners across a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, refinancing, development transactions and property portfolios. He combines strong technical knowledge with a practical and commercially focused approach, providing clear, straightforward advice tailored to each client and transaction.

As Head of the Commercial Property Department, Imran leads the team and oversees the progression of commercial property matters, supporting colleagues and maintaining the high standards of service expected across the department.

Following his appointment as a Director of MA Lawyers in October 2026, Imran also plays a key role in the wider leadership and continued development of the firm, helping to shape its approach to client service, growth and the delivery of high-quality property legal services.
